Spare string (AF BOWS)

AF Archery pack each bow with one string. A second one in your bow bag means a frayed loop or a broken string costs you a few minutes instead of the rest of the day’s shooting.

AF make their strings for each bow model, and the lengths across the range differ by more than 30cm. AF list a 114cm string for the Queyue, 121cm for the Tatar, 130cm for the SiCai, 131cm for the Jebe Gen2 and 147cm for the ZhuRan. Put your bow’s name in the order note and we send the matching string.

The string is Fast Flight. Keep it waxed with our ABA Bow String Wax, made from beeswax from the Busselton and Vasse area of Western Australia. When the bow is unstrung, a Solkarra Leather String Keeper holds the string on the top limb tip so its twists stay in.
