This is the workhorse of the OKÇUBABA Vav range: a laminated Turkish bow cut for puta target shooting, without the hand decoration of the Tezhip series. The beige finish shows the maple grain rather than hiding it, and the composite lamination gives the limbs a fast, clean recovery.
It measures 118cm with a 114.5cm string and an 18.5cm brace height, at a mass weight of 270g. Maximum draw is 76cm, or 30 inches. OKÇUBABA supply it with either a Fast Flight or a Dacron string, which is a genuinely useful choice: Fast Flight is quicker and better suited to target work, while Dacron is gentler on the bow and more forgiving for an archer still refining their release.
Six poundage steps run from 25-30# up to 45-50#, with anything heavier built as a custom order. That spread, plus the low mass weight, makes this the easiest bow in the OKÇUBABA range to recommend to someone moving off a beginner bow onto a proper laminated Turkish one. If you are unsure where to start, most adults shooting a thumb release for the first time are better served by 25-30# than by guessing high, since a bow you can hold steady teaches you more than one you can barely draw. It ships with a fabric case and a string.
Pick your poundage and start shooting puta on a bow built for the discipline.
