An atlas is a book of maps, and the Solkarra Atlas Black shaft wears one. Fine gold contour lines flow along a gloss black shaft, a gold compass rose marks the front, and a slim gold ring sits toward the rear where the pattern gives way to plain black under the fletching. The Solkarra name, the spine and the straightness rating are printed in gold along the shaft. Quiet at a distance, detailed in the hand.
Underneath the print this is a premium carbon shaft with a straightness rating of +/- .003. Every shaft is spine rated before it leaves us, in five spines from 400 through to 800, so there is a match for light draw weights and short arrows at the 800 end and for heavier bows and longer draws at the 400 end. If you are unsure which spine suits your bow, leave a note with your order and we will point you to the right one.
Shafts arrive at 32 inches. Leave them full length to cut and square yourself, or add your finished length in the order note and we will cut them before they ship. This listing is for twelve bare shafts with no nocks, inserts or points, for archers who fletch and build their own. If you would rather we build them, the Solkarra Atlas Black Fletched Carbon Arrows are the same shaft cut, fitted and fletched to your order.
